"This whole order has been quite an ordeal! We called VividSeats because we wanted to split our perspective large playment (with insurance) between two credit cards, and apply a 10% coupon we had on the app. Matthew, the rep, told us that is not possible, and that he could not sell insurance for tickets. However, he would be able to transfer us to another Dept after purchasing tickets with him to buy insurance. We decided on splitting our purchase (4 seats total, 2 group of 2) evenly (seats and cards, respectively). We asked about the two 10% coupon that my daughter had received on her app, and Matthew said he could not honor it since we did not have an email (and had used the other). So the 1st purchase of two tickets were made; and moments after I received an email of the 10% to my account. Which was applied to the 2nd purchase of two tickets. This is exactly what we asked about from the beginning! Furthermore, Matthew transfers us over to anther Dept to 'buy insurance' just to be told that there are no exceptions to the rule of not selling insurance over the phone (despite being misinformed by an agent!!) Unfortunately I do not remember the name of the woman who helped us from that point but she was helpful and sent us a gift card for our troubles. Though it is still incredibly frustrating that we are unable to get insurance on our tickets. We would have NEVER bought them if we would have known that it was truly NOT an option. (I would assume that the reps work on commission based on the way Matthew handled the deal - or he simply needs to be retrained on company policy.) "
