"I explained to Morgan at ext 3204 that I was buying Yankees tickets as a Christmas present for my brother, and that I need to ensure I get the tickets before Christmas in order to present it as a gift. I told him mobile tickets wouldn't work. He understood, presented me with physical ticket options, made the sale, gave me his extension and hung up. I immediately called him back (three times) after the confirmation email told me I wouldn't be receiving the tickets until JUNE 19 (game is June 20), but no answer.
Customer service is telling me that all sales are final and there is nothing they can do - it's not their fault, but I shouldn't be punished for being misguided by the selling representative. Hopefully upper management can rectify this for me. "

"We were specific and told the rep (extension 27630) that we required the tickets after purchasing so that we would feel comfortable booking hotels, rental cars, taking off of work, etc. He told us if we paid more and got the electronic ticket, that it would be delivered within a few hours of the purchase. We agreed, and paid over $400 for 2 tickets. 24 hours later, we didn't receive anything, and called him back at his extension 27630. He then informed us that the tickets would be delivered "the week of the event." I told him that we just spoke the day before, and then he promised us we would receive the tickets within a few hours. He simply kept repeating himself that the tickets would be delivered the week of the event, and ignored what I was saying. I demanded to speak to his manager, at which point he said that I would be connected to a manager in a few seconds, and then put me on hold for 15 minutes. I had to hang up, call back, and ask to speak to a manager again, and this time got to speak to the manager in a few minutes. I still have not received the tickets I was promised and do not have any specific date of delivery. The manager seemed nice, but now they are "investigating," and I do not know when the tickets will be delivered. The sales tactics are disgusting and untrustworthy, I will never buy from this site again. If needed, I will file a complaint with the BBB.
2018-12-05 Update: I was contacted by another manager who apologized that the rep had acted in the way he did, and she made sure I got the tickets, and also refunded me the cost of the transaction fees ($80). Although I would have preferred the experience to never happen in the first place, and would have preferred not to have to spend an hour on the phone trying to escalate to a manager, the managers did seem to handle the situation in a professional and effective manner. Revising review from 1 star to 3 stars. Will update if anything changes."
"I ordered 2 tickets in error. When chatted with the ticket specialist, I informed him of this and he helped me order 4 tickets together. He did NOT cancel my original order. Now I am stuck with 6 super expensive tickets and have to worry about selling the 2 extra tickets myself. I will not use this service again."
