MIKE V IS THE BEST!!!!

"I called yesterday and spoke with the nicest, most helpful guy named Mike. He really went above and beyond to help me with getting the best tickets in the best area for my price range, and he found me some AWESOME seats!!!! Thank you so very much Mike!!!! I asked if there's any other Mike's so I could put his last name, but he's the only Mike in that office and I'm going to get 5 more next month and then get a free ticket after getting 10!! And I'll most definitely ask for Mike again!!!! Thank you so very much to Vivid Seats too!!!! "

Misadvertised tickets

"Your tickets were misadvertised. There is only 1 "row" of seats in that suite. The second row, if that's what you're calling it, is bar stools behind a bar top without any seat designation. I bought Row 2, seats 1,2 and 3. They didn't exist. All those bar seats were taken when we got there. I definitely didn't expect that. We paid for specific seats and had to stand the whole time because there were no seats. We politely asked the people in those bar seats if they were their ticketed seats and the response we got was "We got here first, this is not a row of seats. It's first come first serve and we got here first."

It created a very awkward moment for us from the very start. Something that could easily be avoided had your tickets been properly advertised.

As I looked around the arena, particularly to our left, I noticed those suites did indeed have 2 rows of seating with the bartop seating behind the 2nd row. I noticed the suites to the right, had only 1 row of seating, like the suite we were in.
I have been visiting this arena for over 20 years and never recognized that some suites have 1 row of seating and others have 2 rows of seating. Now I know and I will be sure to remind myself when buying tickets there again in the future, especially if considering this suite.

I was there with my wife and her friend. My wifes friend has 2 bad knees and she really could have used a place to sit. Thus why these bought your tickets. I thought we had designated seating. Obviously not. Not that it matters now, but we were really disappointed, especially myself because I had to watch a woman with 2 bad knees not have a place to sit. It was a free for all with the bar seats. Had we known we didn't have specific seats, like what was sold to us, then we would have gotten there earlier to secure a seat. I guess the bright side is I was able to get her a seat for a little while at the high table behind the bar stools, but then we couldn't see the band.

We paid $700 for 3 seats that we did not get. That's not right and I feel like we got ripped off. Thanks for that and hope you made some good money.

BUYER BEWARE

"BUYER BEWARE: We bought tickets and ticket insurance from VividSeats.com for a Jimmy Eat World show on Saturday September 24th in Providence RI. I got the tickets for my son because he is a huge fan! The day of the show, I drove 4 hours and checked into my hotel, which meant that I had to pay for it regardless, and got to the venue just to see a sign on the door that the even was postponed. Vivid Seats didn't email us to notify us about the postponement until 11 MINUTES before the doors were supposed to open. I bought the ticket insurance through the offer on Vivid Seat's website but postponements are not covered under it. Vivid Seats will not refund me either because it's postponed and not canceled. Rescheduling from a Saturday to a Thursday makes it impossible for us to make it to the show, with the 4 hour drive, as I can not take off from work. Now we are out over $300 and he won't get to see the show. This is so wrong!!"
