7/26/22 bought ticket for 9/25/22 event.
8/5 was emailed a "confirmation" that the ticket would be sent on or about 9/23.
9/23 no email arrived with a link
9/24 9:30AM still, no email was received. I contacted customer service, via telephone.
CS rep walked me through trouble shooting to locate the ticket. Ticket was not located. Rep said they would notify the seller to “resend” the link to the ticket.
9/24 8:30 PM still no email. I called customer service again. The rep said the link to the ticket would be emailed “shortly”.
9/25 8:30 on the morning of the event which had a start time of 1:00pm, still no email was received.
9/26 9:30am I called Vivid Customer service again. The CS representative put me on hold, and came back to the phone to tell me the link was emailed at 1:00pm on the day of the event. (Which was the start time) I did not receive any link to this ticket, but did receive a notice from the venue that the ticket I purchased was no longer valid. Rep said investigation will occur and be answered in 3-5 days.
9/30: Called Vivid seats at their emailed request. CS representative said no refund would be issued and they had proof of the emailed ticket being sent. I asked him to provide me with that proof. The representative refused. HUH? "We have proof but won't let you see it?"

I was on chat and the phone with them for 3 hours before the event. The tickets FINALLY transfered an hour and a half after the event had started. They said they couldn't refund me because the tickets transferred. How is that living up to their guarantee? It's a total scam."
