Instead of the tickets being sent to us via email as they have been every time in the past, they were shipped to our house in Florida. We asked for the tickets to be reprinted so we could attend the show and they wouldn’t do it. We even agreed to pay an extra $100 fee for a reprint of the tickets and they still wouldn’t do it. The tickets were wasted and we will never purchase tickets through this shady, ****, thieving company!!! "
