"Called 4 hours prior to event and I specifically said I am purchasing, but I was NOT going to be the one using the tickets. He said it didn't matter who's name they were in. Then received an email saying if tix are in wrong name call the # given. Well after 6 calls to a number that wouldn't go through, I progressed to the emergency contact number provided. I did so and the contact on the other end said it was too late to do anything about making a name change because he already went to the Venue and delivered the tickets to the Will Call and I was simply out of luck! NO OKAY WITH ME! As the emergency contact he should have gone right back to the venue and changed the name himself. AND when I ordered the tix the man at the other end should have NEVER said the name did not matter. Thankfully my children were able to retrieve the tickets by showing a photo of my DL.
