"I ordered my tickets on July 16th and am still waiting for them to show up on my e-mail. I know it said they may not show up until July 28th which seems a long time since they are not being mailed. I hope to see them soon, until I do I'm not sure how I feel about this company."
"It is my bestfriends birthday and we are going to a concert which is tomorrow night. I bought 3 tickets which were $200 I live in Minnesota and I remember selecting the stadium where the concert would be held at. When I checked out the website said “North Dakota, Saturday” which is almost 6 hours away from I where I live in Minnesota. I then called vivid seats to tell them this mistake, I explained to them what had happened and the girl I was talking to said “oh, we can’t do anything for you” I was **** so I asked if I could talk to a manager. I also explained to him and he said the same thing, I called PayPal to tell them to cancel my payment. After that I called vivid seats back and I told them what had happened again. I said “so basically you guys just scammed me and my $200” and they responded “just sell them” I told them that this was fraud and you guys are screwed. I would recommend to not buy any tickets from vivid seats but to buy them directly from the place where they are sold. Vivid Seats is also a 2nd party (the lady on customer service told me that) and that they cannot do anything about it. "

However, Jose from customer service was able to find a good price and location (seats) for me to go to the event on Aug 18 in Chicago. He was super friendly and even waited a whole 15 minutes ON HOLD for me to get my card information and he also was quick to find that I gave him the wrong information on the event I wanted to go to! "3 of us are planning a sports trip to Boston and New York, travelling from Alberta, Canada. This involves us purchasing tickets to 5 different games.
