"I acquired tickets thru Vivid Seats web site for the first time, as a #1 priority on my bucket list! When the reseller's confirmation came thru, it stated the tix would be shipped to me via regular UPS on the Sunday before Sunday's game. I called @ 10:30 on a weekend and told a live, english speaking customer service rep. that I needed those tix the week before their scheduled ship date as the six members of my family were going to leave on the Thursday (early a.m.) before the Sunday game. All of this discussion unfolding 2 months ahead of scheduled game! The rep. was very understanding and congenial. She assured me she would try and do something proactive and would be back in touch with me. A little less than a week later I received an email saying the reseller was shipping those tix via UPS 2nd DAY AIR....at no extra charge to me! I received them 2 business days later! What a relief holding those tix after spending a small fortune for lodging, flights and tix! I am one pleased customer! I'll be back! "

"We had bought tickets for spring training and when we got there the tickets weren't good. Apparently, they were sold twice? Didn't let it bother us, we got other tickets and went to the game. When I got home, we contacted Vivid and they immediately credited our account and gave us a voucher for future tickets. They were very sincere in their apology saying this does not happen often. When we decided to use the voucher, we called and the customer services agent was extremely friendly, eager to help. Things happen, but the way Vivid handled the situation and the customer service we received is what made it a positive experience."
