"Salesman sold me 6 tickets---4 in row 3 and 2 in row 2---gave him my info/credit card and ID. He proceeded to process the order but then after a couple of minutes, he said 2 of the tickets were not available. So, I suggested we check another section for 6 tickets together or close like we had. Simple, right? No!!! Apparently he already processed the other tickets and lost 2 in the process. I cancelled the order to try and get 6 in another section----but after being transferred to 4 different people (customer service/another salesman) and after over an hour on the phone (most of it on hold while they try to rectify the situation)--- I was told there was nothing they could do---so in frustration, I hung up and went on line to get 2 tickets as close to where the other 4 seats were located. I ordered and paid for 6 tickets but only got 4 of the original order. Business wise on your part---what a scam!!! I have dealt with Vivid for a few years now---but I don't think I will be returning to purchase in the future."
