I am a little nervous about receiving my tickets prior to me flying down to Dallas. "PONZIE SCAM!! BEWARE I purchased tickets for a Les Miserables and asked for tickets in the terrace left or right. The left terrace was available but the service rep mentioned it could be row 0 -X in Left Terrace (this is elevated ) . The view is better and you can see the symphany and stage very well.. I was planning on taking my music kids so that they can view the symphany. Weeks later I was sent tickets for main center back row... THese are terrible seats for kids. I pain over 1000$ for $166 dollar tickets to be seating in seats 7 row behind their $54 tickets. I was told over and over that this was an upgrade and no refund or full credit or ticket exchange will be given. I was cheated, scammed into paying 3x more for TERRRIBLE seats and they went back to their policy saying this was an upgrade. What a night mare to be working overtime for kids to sit in seats I never requested and are 10x worse. THIS IS A FRAUDULANT COMPANY who pays staff to repeat their policy over and over without any compensation, They offered a $100 credit and never sent it... I was SCAMMED ,"
