"I read a bunch of nasty reviews about Vivid Seats and almost decided not to purchase from them because of that, but I decided to go for it anyway, which was a great decision! I got tickets to the Harry Styles concert in Denver for much cheaper than the primary ticket website for that concert, and I had no problems getting the tickets on time or getting through the gate. I would definitely order from Vivid Seats again. I would recommend calling a representative before checking out to find out what additional processing fees will come up, but in my case the fees were fairly low. "

"Live and learn. Clicked on the link to purchase tickets for a concert and it sent me directly to Vivid Seats. Not knowing any better I purchased to General Admission tickets for $97 each (thinking that was the price). Upon check out I was charged another $22.50 for each tickets for "taxes and fees". $250 for 2 tickets. A few days later I realized I purchased them from Vivid and NOT the ticket office from the venue the band was playing. The tickets were less than $50 (with taxes and fees). I clicked on the concert to purchase tickets several times and it always sent me to VividSeats. This place using the "complexity of the internet" to direct people to their site thinking that is the only place to buy tickets. SCAM! I will continue to tell my story to save even if just one person some money!"

"I first called Vivid Seats to inquire about purchasing 3 tickets to an Astros game. Ruby was very helpful in helping me locate some seats in the area I wanted. I needed to check with one of the ticket holders to make sure he could attend. I called back within 5 minutes. I spoke with Nick and asked to speak to Ruby. He was hesitant about letting me speak with her. He said she was "probably" on another line. I explained my situation at which time he put me on hold. He quickly returned and said Ruby was with another customer. It was quite evident he was anxious to sell me the tickets. I purchased my tickets because I needed to leave for another commitment. I feel Nick did not give me the opportunity to speak to Ruby."

Sales rep offered store credit - nice...but why would I accept store credit when you failed me. I wanted to watch the baseball game I purchased tickets for, this evening, not another time...
