" I first called on July 1st, for help purchasing 2 BTS tickets (October 2nd in Chicago, IL.) I originally spoke with Luis, Ext. 2806, who was super helpful. Sadly I couldn't place my order right then, but he explained how best to split my order between 2 payment methods and was great at answering my questions.
On July 4th I called back, Luis wasn't available, a person named Muhamad, Ext 3024, took my call. He made me feel a little uncomfortable. He was very pushy about ordering my tickets right then and was a little snippy. Saying he was going to lunch right then so I wouldn't be able to reach him if I called back. So I should place my order right then. Also he asked why I couldn't look at my email right then, while on the phone with him, to order my tickets. Muhamad didn't listen or answer my question well. Mostly he just wanted to sell me tickets. Do your customer service reps get commission?
Anyway so I called again, about 20 minutes later, and TYLER at Ext. 2441 took my call. Tyler listened to my questions. Gave me great advice and in depth answers. Tyler was very patient and explained things very well. Just like Luis did the 1st time I called. I ended up purchasing my tickets today July 4th with Tyler and will definitely call Tyler or Luis the next time I place an order! You need to clone these 2 individuals. Then you'd have a perfect Customer service team!!! Thanks Tyler and you too Luis!!! Be well and God bless the both of you. "
"The Vivid web site would not work. I found a number to call and Monique Micheaux answered promptly and immediately went to work helping me get the tickets I was trying to purchase. I also needed to have the tickets delivered to my hotel that I was traveling to and we made sure that the proper instructions were given to UPS so that I would receive the tickets while I was traveling. "
