"Fully paid for 4 tickets in February for a August 4th Cub game.
Seller/Vivid refuses to delivery tickets till 2 days prior to game---WHY. Of course, if there are any issues Vivid promises to refund total cost of tickets. But, Vivid's own Terms & Conditions state Vivid Seats does not guarantee the accuracy of any information provided by sellers on the Vivid Seats Marketplace". So I am going on an empty promise from Vivid that I may or may not get tickets for the Cub game in August. One agent even advised me to resell the tickets on Vivid if I am dissatisfied. Nice Customer Service.
For whatever reason they are fighting me to secure the tickets. We are 3 months into the Cub season and all season ticket holders have been forwarded all of their season tickets but Vivid refuses to offer any assistance. Not sure why they have not requested the seller to respond or forward the game tickets.
Vivid wants to play in the secondary ticket market place but I have learned this is a BIG GAMBLE with working with Vivid Seats.
I can only hope that Vivid Seat steps up and corrects this matter.
