"I have had several bad experiences with Vivid Seats.
1. I ordered my son a ticket for an event in Cherokee, NC and when he arrived there was no seat available for the ticket so they put him in another location that was not worth the ticket price.
2. My son ordered tickets for Miranda Lambert and they were scam tickets so when we tried to use the 100% guarantee that they boast about they put us on a list not to order from them again. (thank goodness)
3. I purchased a ticket for my grandson for an event in Ohio and they put him on the opposite side of the event and said this was a comparable ticket. He was separated from the other two tickets that were purchased at the same time.
4. My son's last two attempts to purchase tickets were cancelled. (they offered a 10% discount ). I am not sure why he even considered this after all of the trouble we have experienced with them. Use any other ticket agency other than Vivid. Debbie Brown
