"The experience itself was "ok" however when you are from out of town and call from a restaurant, from a cell phone and tell the attendant answering the call that "we are in town and decided at last minute to catch a game"... etc... somewhere in there you'd think they'd let you know, "sir our tickets are not electronically accepted at the gate, you must print them out prior to going to the game"... would have been nice to know prior to standing in line then finding out, unlike electronic concert, movie and other tickets purchased online, there is no scanner or anyone that can or will take your electronically delivered email ticket... Finally the answer, "sir you can search and find a fed ex or shipping place to go and print them out" seems a bit "choice" after calling back to let them know the tickets were not accepted... Won't use this service again, should have used the team's official site, but the team doesn't escape here either. How can Houston Astros let any other entity be the top search on google. When you type in "buy Houston Astros tickets now", the top hit should be the multi billion dollar organization's own site... I.M.H.O."
