"I dealt with Nick ext 2802 he was very pleasant and helpful. This is my first purchase with Vivid Seats, although i inquired about patriots tickets last season and i remember speaking with Nick. I admit to being a little nervous about receiving an electronic ticket. Nick explained everything and made me comfortable, otherwise i would have never made the purchase.
I am very satisfied, and would definitely look to future purchases.

"In anticipation of a trip to Chicago, I contacted VividSeats for some help. I am quite capable of going through all the steps required to buy tickets online, but I do prefer some human help. Angel of VividSeats was terrific in that capacity. He pinpointed the same tickets I had found online, explained the VividSeats fee structure, gave a reasonable opinion of how good the seats were likely to be, and finally provided assurances that UPS-shipped tickets would arrive at my hotel on time (of course, prior to curtain time!). "I must say at first I was very frustrated with Vivid seats. I have ordered tickets with you before and always enjoyed my experience and even pointed my friends to the site for their ticket needs. Today I wanted to buy 10 tickets for a Phillies game with my Credit Card. Time after time it kept telling me that my address did not match my billing information. Being that I haven't moved in over 5 years I knew this was not true. So after about 20 min I gave up and went to StubHub. Before making my purchase with Stubhub I wanted to give Vivid seat a last try since ive never had issues before so I called. Brady answered the phone and had my order completed in no time. He had great customer service skills and turned a frustrated customer back into an advocate. Brady explained that when using a new card on the site it requires that we call in to verify the address etc. if this is the case this should be on your site so that others do not run into the same issue I did and take their business elsewhere.
