"I had problems getting tickets on line since I couldn't remember password.. I had asked to get this reset and did not receive after a few attempts and nothing coming to my e-mail to reset password. Adam helped me pick out tickets worked out the best price, delivery, and location for Hamilton tickets at 2 pm on Saturday, May 4th. He was very helpful and gave his extension if there were further needs questions or problems. I was very happy with his service especially since Hamilton tickets are a major purchase and a special event."
"Wasn't too happy about the news that I'd get the tickets about two days before the show, in my email, which I'll then need to transfer, since I want to make them a gift. But Janelle in customer service assured me the process is simple, and even offered to help when that time comes. I like to have the physical tickets (lots of people do as a souvenir). James, whom I spoke to on the phone when I ordered the tickets, seemed nice, and assured me I could reach him at his extension afterward (although a few calls to that extension were unsuccessful). Do not like that I have to give my DL or CC info. as a check in at the concert. I am just hoping everything goes smoothly."
"I called to get tickets for a May 19 event. Steven was my representative. Very efficient, professional, helpful and clearly understood my request. Very good call and I booked tickets. I have purchase from Vivid Seats before and was pleased as well. This time though the fees per ticket seemed awfully high!! I realized I had a $40 coupon so I hope I can go back and use if for the purchase? "

The only thing I don’t like is they don’t tell you which seats you are buying, only the row so you risk a bad location. Very good customer service tho. I received my instant download tickets within a couple of hours. I paid way more for my Hamilton ticket than what was originally purchased, but it’s Hamilton. "

It’s your fault the money was taken out of my account and your “customer service manager” did an awful job on trying to resolve that. Figure out some better hiring and not having someone as a manager who can’t solve an upset customers issue. Will be more than happy to use another ticketing company than this one. "
