"I have been purchasing tickets thru your company for a number of years both on my account,my girlfriends and my sons and have never had a problem with price or service until now.i am very disappointed with how much the price changed while I was completing order.i took the time to get a hold of you to let you know this and by doing that the price jumped again.i made a mistake by doing this and I was hoping someone could help me out with this but I was wrong.very disappointed I always recommended your company to friends and aquaintenances for years not sure what to make of this or if I would ever think of doing business again with you. The price was $119 per ticket when I bought them but when it appeared on my account it showed $129 per ticket I called to report this and the price jumped again to $144 per ticket a little confused and was hoping someone could make it right."
"Had a snafu ordering on line by way of an "invalid promo code" that was definitely valid so called customer service. The first person who answered literally sounded like he had fallen out of bed to answer the phone! Needless to say he was of no help and actually disconnected me! Lucky because when I called back I got Daniel who was extremely professional. Got my order done with the discount in no time and answered my questions confidently. Before hanging up he again gave me his name, as well as his extension number in case I needed anything. He was terrific and in case they work on commission he's at 2732. An asset to the company and a pleasure to work with.

"I attempted to order NFL tickets first on the app and then the website. There was also a %10 off deal going on the app. Both kept denying me payment and to call Vivid. I found great tickets at a great price. Being after business hours I had to call the next day. Of course the tickets were gone and then when I found tickets Vivid would only give me 5% because their system would not allow the 10%. Then when I paid they said my bank put a hold on my Visa card because of the possible fraud with their system the night before. Then I had to call the bank to lift the hold and call Vivid back. The operator (Billy) at Vivid was good.... but after all the madness they caused with their system you would think they would compensate me more than 5% especially when the original offer was 10%. "

"Over the phone was easy and smooth! However I still cannot buy using my web account. I tried Safari and Chrome and when I get the point that you ask for my user name and password I am not recognized. I used the same user name and password to sign in!
Also, once I got as far as putting in my CC info. and I got a message stating that my card billing address was wrong?? What happened!??"
"I had questions about my online purchase, so I called the toll-free number. The rep (Precious) took my call promptly and was able to answer all of my questions professionally. Instead of redirecting me back to the internet to make my purchase, she offered to process the transaction during the call. The confirmation and tickets arrived in my email before we ended the call. My only complaint was the exorbitant processing fees ($14.20 on 2 $15 tickets and $18.50 on 2 $25 tickets)."
