"I was very happy with the way that Vivid Seats took care of the issue that i had with my order. I purchased tickets for a ball game the night before attending. When i showed up they pointed out that i purchased tickets for the night i purchased them, not for that day. I was upset at myself for this mistake and was not offered help by the ticket booth at the stadium. When i called Vivid i was not in the best of spirits, but every person i spoke with was trying to help me resolve the issue. They attended to me and showed compassion and understanding for the mistake I made and found a way to get me and my 4 friends in the ball park. I am very pleased with the way my problem was handled and will from this point forward use Vivid for any ticket purchases I make. I wish i can remember the name of the initial representative and supervisor i spoke with, but i can only remember the sales representative i spoke with at the end that got us in. "I placed my order on 2/13 for an event on 4/13. I booked flights, hotels and cars at the same time for 4/10 - 4/18. The third party seller I was purchasing my tickets from didn't drop off the parcel to UPS until Friday night 4/06 and wouldn't be delivered until 9:00pm 4/12, the night before the event. Meaning, I was going to be out of the country for the event, when they would be trying to deliver my tickets. This was a nightmare trying to sort out. No one at UPS could tell me where my package was, Vivid Seats said there was nothing they could do on their end and they wouldn't issue a refund for untimely delivery. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. Worst customer experience I've ever had! Would not recommend!!"

"The only reason I gave 4 stars was because the first time I purchased tix, the seller totally screwed me over. Although I had to miss a very important hockey game (the tickets were a gift! ☹️), the manager I spoke to that night launched an investigation. Within days, not only was I refunded my original ticket amount, but given additional credit to use in the next 6 months. Thanks to that, we will now be seeing a playoff game very soon. The guys at Vivid stand by their product and they did their best to resolve my issue. One hopes there will be more safeguards in place eventually to avoid problems like this in the future, but for now, I’m satisfied with how they quickly and fairly handled my issue. Oh! And David was very helpful in getting me set up with my new tix! :)"
"While using Vivid on-line for the first time, I encountered a particular process for receiving my tickets which I was not familiar with. So, I contacted Vivid by phone and was greeted by Tamara who provided me a great explanation concerning this issue. She then agreed to continue to help me find the right location (seats) for my event along at a good price. The tickets were in my email inbox before I got off the phone with her. I will continue to use Vivid's web site for future events, but I also know that I can contact Vivid's customer support, in particular Tamara, who will be able to make sure I can find great seats.
