"We had purchased tickets for 2017 NCAA Men’s March madness basketball playoff March 22 and 24 for All sessions in LA from VIVID Tickets, we could not get them delivered to us in Canada so they were delivered to our hotel. We went to the game on the 24 of March for the west regionals Michigan vs. Florida. As we entered our tickets scanned a code red, my teenage daughter and I were escorted by security to move aside while they took our tickets and my identification and were being detained till a head person was to come. My daughter was very emotional and as was I. We pleaded that we came from Canada to watch Basketball, we spent a lot of money on hotel and airfare plus the cost of our tickets to vivid, I have confirmation from vivid I showed the head security of the staple center my confirmation, she informed me that the vivid confirmation provided to me from vivid was useless.My daughter and I stood detained by security while 1000s of people are staring at myself and my daughter. What a disaster, tickets from vivid did not scan as legitimate tickets for this event. Vivid offered a $75 resolution to myself and my daughter, what a disheartening resolution from a company that guarantees ticket satisfaction 100 percent.Bull ****! They ruined a life time memory for myself and my teenage daughter. Plus $1100 in tickets I paid, plus cost of transportation, meals, airfare and hotel. Approximately $8000 to $10,000 family time destroyed by Bad Service And Bad tickets from Vivid, Zero compassion for what my teenage daughter and I went through. Also I i was informed by the staple center that vivid has lots of problems with bad tickets...
