"My experience was a little bit frustrating at first but ended up being great in the end. I was trying to buy tickets for multiple events on different days. I was unable to combine the events through the website and would have had to process two separate orders. I ended up calling to see if I was just missing something and got put through to Brady. He assured me I would need to go through the order process twice but offered to complete my order for me. He was fantastic and efficient. In the end everything worked out great. I would suggest to Vivid Seats that you make it possible to combine multiple events so it saves having to go through the process twice. "

Then I reordered for a different show, using the exact same credit card. Your email says the data doesn't match (???) and you wanted me to upload an image of my credit card and license.....ahhhh no way thats going to happen, so my order was cancelled. Who would send images of their credit card and license over the internet ??? So now I have $803 on my credit card that I'm waiting to be credited.
