"Purchased 3 tickets for Hamilton using Vivid (based on a friend's recommendation). First, they could not tell me seat numbers - sales person claimed that they were generated "randomly" (BS)! Second, there was no mention of the incredibly steep ticket fees amounting to about 30%. Learned my lesson...last time I use Vivid!
