Viviseats’ customer service manager, Sunny, contacted me to find out what had happened. The company refund me the total amount paid for the tickets and shipping. This resolution made me feel a lot better about the website and will probably try them again in the future."

I find this completely unacceptable because I need to provide these tickets to a family member traveling to FL next week. My parents do not have the ability to print and do not have smart phone capability. The min reason I called is to ensure immediate delivery!
