It was worth it to me to pay extra for a service fee and call Vivid Seats. the representative took his time, was patient and listened to my needs and price range. He found me a Better seat(s) than I'd found via the Hollywood Bowl website with an unobstructed view of the stage and close to the restroom and concession stand - perfect for my 92 year old mom that wanted to see - ready for this? ROD STEWART and CYNDI LAUPER! GO MOM! I absolutely recommend Vivid Seats so get your tush in gear and call."

"I purchased through them 2 tickets to the Eagles Concert in Grand Rapids on March 15, 2018. As I had not received the tickets a few days ahead of the concert, I called them. They told me UPS had delivered the tickets to my office address and signed for a "Kathy." No Kathy works for us. They indicated they would contact the seller and get digital tickets issues for an additional $132, to which I agreed. Later in the day, they said the seller could not get new tickets. No one had recorded the exact seats, only the Section and Row number, so they were not able to get new tickets issued by the venue. Very poorly run."
