"I had to place the order twice due to an issue with my mailing address. Then I had to provide a photo copy of my credit card and ID. A bit lengthy , but overall a not bad. I was a bit hesitant about the photo request of my ID and credit card... concerned about being scammed . I’m waiting for E-Tickets now. All and all not a bad experience . Assuming tickets are delivered without an issue, I’ll deffintly use again .

"Paid almost $400 dollars for a ticket in the grandstands at formula 1 in Texas, went to find my seat I was sold a low row 12 seat instead of row 37 as described in my purchase out of curiosity I looked up on thier website the seats next to me where offered for $ 111 I over paid for a low seat never again will I buy from vivid seats. Called vivid they had a poor explanation of why I was sold sutch a bad seat."

"Selected 2 tickets to the Kenny Chesney concert and went to check out it added a third without asking me or asking me to confirm ... Immediately chatted with a customer representative named Pamela and she was the rudest person I have ever met. Not even willing to refund a ticket and then asked to just refund the entire purchase but couldn't do that at all. She talked down to me and did not care one bit. Also, you may want to add more details through the purchase process as I never selected 3 tickets once during it but got stuck with it. I thought at this point I was just out the money. A day later Sarah called me from there Quality Control Department and refunded me for the 1 ticket and was very nice. She made things right!! Thanks Sarah!"
