"I called to purchase 7 tickets to a sporting event. Called versus booking online, because I couldn't figure out how to split our group into a set of 3 and 4 in two rows back-to-back. This isn't possible online. But wait... apparently, it's also not possible over the phone which was not made clear to me. Instead, they said, "of course we can do that." And then booked two rows back-to-back, but to seats that were on opposite sides of a section. I only learned of this once the tickets showed up in my inbox the next day. After navigating through their automated customer service phone loop and never talking to a human, I called their sales line to actually talk to someone. After they "relistened" to the recording of my ticket purchasing conversation. The term "piggyback" was never used. Therefore, they couldn't do anything for me. They couldn't find me other seats next to one of the groups... nothing. So after working through a salesman who knew I wanted a group of 7 split into two rows "back-to-back" (but smartly didn't use the term "piggyback"), then getting caught in an infinite customer service phone loop, then talking to someone in customer service who said "because the term 'piggyback' was not used they couldn't do anything... I and everyone close to me will never book through VividSeats again. "

"A lot of people may complain about ticket resellers. I myself will take what I can get for a limited event that will never happen again.
I was worried about being unable to receive a ticket on time and get the correct item. Jake was able to answer every question I had immediately and allowed me piece of mind knowing that this event will NOT be missed.
I look forward to Vegas and can't wait for the show!"

"I bought 4 tickets. Price per ticket was listed as $67 each. That sums up to $268 before taxes and fees. However the final charge was $350. I failed to notice that on the final step of the checkout process they added $18 fee per ticket (plus a $7 overall fee). These additions where NOT part of the price tickets during any other part of the process.
These hustlers only present the fees after you entered ALL of your details and credit card number. Only at the very last step are the fees added to checkout. I hate these kind of slipping in fees tactics.
UPDATE: After also sending Vivid Seats a complaint I was promptly contacted by a manager there (Hayley) who offered to refund the fees back to my account. She also asked I edit this review with this information, which I have now did. While this solved the issue for me at this point, I urge caution from anyone using their website, to double check at every step for any additional charges made.

Jake the customer service rep explained what was going wrong and was able to process my transaction within minutes. He was friendly, patient and very helpful. I am very happy that I didn't loose my purchase because of technical issues with my back.
