"Luis Ochoa helped me with my online order, I originally had one section in mind but Luis seemed to know where the better seats were so i went with his recommendation hope he's right. I used a vivid gift card plus my debit as i was short the service fees which were only $25 extra per seat.I was told i would receive the E tickets by jun 11 not sure why it takes that long as the game is on the 16th but will see.Anyways Luis did a great job it was a Smooth Transaction. Thank you"

"first time i have used vivid, overall good experience. Louis was very helpful, quick and professional.

will definitely check them out again.

first time i called , not sure who i spoke with, just wanted basic info and that man provided what i ask for.
second call when ready to purchase, female rep had a difficult time( dilect issues , hard to understand on both ends ) and put me on hold and the call hung up.
third time connected with Louis, very well spoken knew exactly what i wanted and handled it promptly. Thank You Louis!!

The WORST!!

"First I purchased 2 of what I thought were orchestra seats at $140 each plus charges- OK, not bad. HOWEVER when I received the e mail notification that my tickets were ready for pri ting, I saw that they were for the mezzanine.
So I called, was emphatically told that they were mezzanine seats and I could NOT a change these even tho I was willing to pay even more.....THEN I print the tickets and each ticket clearly says $40!!!! BUT I paid $140 PLUS for each ticket! So essentially I paid $257 and change for $80 worth of tickets-NOT COOL,VIVID!

Excellent Service!!!

"Hi, I was trying to get my tickets at their website because they were giving me a $10 discount, I couldn't get it to work so I wound up calling the toll-free number when I Google the site.


When I got hold of a site I got a young man named Sam #2756, he took care of everything I was trying to do online and was so professional and everything that he did for me.


Even with the $10 discount, I saved a total of $30 for the same seats that were listed on StubHub and Ticketmaster..


So yes I'm a happy camper and every little buck that we save as a little bit of extra gas in the car to watch our favorite sporting teams.

Customer Service is Poor/Inaccessible

"The tickets I received had the wrong date. Attempts to contact Customer Service were unsuccessful: phone tree did not lead to a solution or a person to address my issue. "Live Chat" is only a digital repetition of phone tree with no live person responding."
