"I purchased parking passes and It would not allow me to split them up. Shame on me to think that it might be available toward the end of the purchase. But nope. Got charged all 4 when I needed 1. Then I called customer service less then a minute after the purchase. They said it was a customer friendly site and could not do anything. And they wont even help me sell the tickets. There is not one person that can help and they could care less. Very angry and recommend people stay away because if you make a mistake customer service is unwilling to help and make you happy. They show you seating in section (115) $ 70.00 section (108) $58.00 and so on, then they will show you something like this 102-122 which are lower seats in the center Tried to ask them to fix this issue and they told me they can sell my tickets for me...why would I use them to sell something for me, when the used deceptive practices when I purchased them. DON"T USE VIVIDSEAT This was the first time I was going to take my son to a game. Now we will be in a seat you can't even see the game. Harlem Glob totters and The Moda Center know about these practices yet they do nothing to stop this type of site. My guess is that the Moda Center and other Coliseums use them to make more off their seats so they can scam the public. How else would they have such access to all these seats...this is a scam set up by the Coliseums and ticking.... "
"I had to call the 800 number to determine that the seats were together. Would like to see seat numbers added to the website. But the person on the phone took my order and processed quickly. Using my email, they tied it to my account so it shows up on my phone app. Excellent service."
