"I did not receive any feedback from you about the talk made by Vivid Seats by not giving me my tickets to the Miami Heat X Indiana Pacers game on 11/19/2017. You did not dump the tickets, I went to the arena and could not get inside. I received the tickets in the app only after more than 3 days after the game, when I was already in Brazil. You deceived me and charged the full amount of the tickets on my credit card and did not deliver the tickets. You have not fulfilled your responsibility to me, consumer and even more coming from another country to watch the game. You were incompetent and hurt me, took my money and did not give me the product. I am waiting for the refund on the amount on my credit card bill. I do not know the American laws very much, but I know that you disrespected the consumer and did not fulfill your part of the contract, not delivering the service that you were willing to sell. "

"Recently I bought 4 tickets for a concert like a 3 weeks before it played, trying to get better seats of the row , I paid almost double price than official event page offered, because the box office theater page showed me only seats available on the side of the row and VIVIDSets is suppose to be a re-seller so they would sell me seats purchased previously.
After 20 calls from me to them, VIVIDSeats emailed me the tickets the day before of the event and they gave me the same seats available that I have seen in the Box office web page originally ( at the side of the row ) .
In fact, after I paid them double price for the tickets they ran and purchased the worst tickets of the row available in the box office event web page.
