He also asked for my credit card information a few times which concerned me, lead me to believe he was not paying attention, when your spending a lot of money in a service you haven’t used before, you want to feel at ease. I certainly felt alarmed and was ready to hang up.

"This was my first time to purchase tickets through VIVID. I am not the most techy person. Ellie was patient with me walking me through the process of buying tickets. These tickets are a gift for someone else so it seemed more complicated for me; Ellie helped with that. Since the tickets are for later in 2018 summer, I will have to see how the process progresses.
