Crooks

"Do not buy from these crooks. They take advantage of people who think they are buying direct from the venue. They charge triple the going rate and then send different tickets from what you ordered at the last minute when it's too late to do anything about it. A total scam."

"I've purchased tickets from Vivid Seats to several events, but today was an especially great experience! My husband and I are making a quick last-minute trip to Las Vegas and needed tickets for the National Finals Rodeo. Daniel arranged for the tickets to be overnighted to our hotel, The Mandalay Bay, and he also suggested I call the hotel to give them a heads-up that tickets were arriving for us, a terrific idea. Daniel also made sure that I was aware that Vivid Seats guaranteed that the tickets would arrive in time, and if not, he gave me his personal extension if we need to arrange for replacement seats.

BUYER BEWARE DECEPTIVE COMPANY!!!

"WARNING BUYER BEWARE!!

The day of the concert, I noticed the package I received from Vivid Seats, only contained a paper “Receipt,” with no barcode or any other details…and no tickets. I immediately contacted customer support. I was told, “Not to worry,” they could send the tickets through Email or to Will Call for an additional $75 “Special Delivery Fee,” to guarantee the tickets…which I authorized for payment. After all, their website specifies a “100% Buyer Guarantee.”

We drove hours from Santa Barbara, CA…to LA for the concert. Had prepaid a room at the Indigo to celebrate with our friends. The day was ruined due to having to spend the entire day, stressing on the phone with customer support, and waiting in angst, to see if the tickets would arrive. I lost the entire day of celebrating, and was forced to buy “GA” box office tickets, at the last minute.

My experience with customer support was a “scripted” runaround on why the tickets never arrived, and upsold to purchase a $75 “Special Delivery Fee,” to GUARANTEE tickets to arrive safely. The rude treatment upset me so much that my fiancée had to finish the call…only to be told Vivid Seats would not honor a refund due me receiving receiving the package, but there were NO TICKETS inside the package! Why on earth would customer support offer the extra $75 “Delivery Fee” if that was the case?

After researching nationwide review sites, there is a pattern of deception and outright theft! Seats for events are deceptively being sold through Vivid Seats, for already sold seats/areas, including VIP…to thousands, if not millions of customers…nationwide! Anyone posting a good review mut be an employee!!

Go to the Chicago BBB and file your complaints through them…as the Company was incorporated in Chicago.

Allows sellers to scam you and won’t help

"I will never use this service again. The seller delivered electronic tickets after I paid and then cancelled the order. I contacted Vicd Seats several times, sent them proof they seller took back the tickets but they’ve done absolutely nothing to help. "
