"There should be a way to get tickets several days ahead so that we can plan for travel and not have to wait around for the tickets and sweat it out to see if they are going to get to our house in time to go to the concert. Also, there is no contact information to be able to make that request. In this case, the concert starts at 4:30 P.M. That is not enough time to get to the concert. What is the reason for not sending the tickets as soon as they are ordered? I would like to give them as a Christmas present and that is not possible because the tickets are unavailable. I know the third party has to make some profit, but an overnight fee is outrageous, especially when I order in November and the concert is next year. Simply send them in the mail unless ordered the last second. I intend to find another way to order tickets in the future. This is my last purchase from Vivid seats."

I chose to use Paypal and because I did, vividseats did not show any order confirmation until the transaction was complete and it was too late to change or cancel. When I re-did the transaction and clicked "Credit card" there was an order summary on the right side of the page, but when you click "Paypal" there is no order summary. I've never bought anything from a website that didn't show an order summary before completeing the transaction. Now I have to make a credit card dispute. I wish I had never heard of vividseats! "I initially called 2 days before the event I was looking to go to. I was looking for particular seats to sit with some friends (college football game). I saw the row/section I was looking for, but Vivid didn't list what seat numbers. I initially spoke to Nicholas E. (x2724). I explained the situation, and Nick began digging to see what he could find. He ended up finding the seats I wanted, and couldn't guarantee I'd get them, but said he was almost certain I would. I told him I'd have to call him back. I tried to get him and he was busy, so I spoke to another associate. The other associate was pretty rude and not nearly as helpful as Nick. Nick ended calling me back, I got my tickets ordered quick, and they were exactly the seats I needed. Thanks Nick!"
"Why not just buy from a scalper? All purchases are final. I made a purchase to get into a certain section of a football game for a playoff game that HASN'T been scheduled. The seats were not in that section. Honest mistake that was my fault. They don't list the seller, eliminating the ability to contact and cancel.
Their advice? Resell them on their site... Why not pay your fees twice? Thank you life sage!

"Please do not order from Vividseats if you want to make sure you have tickets for your event. We spent $700 and had our experience ruined for really no good reason. Here's what happened: Vividseats sold us three tickets, 2 of which were from a 3rd party. The third party did not send us the electronic tickets. I called 36 hours before the event to notify them that the tickets hadn't come through and was promised that either the seller would send those tickets or that I would be guaranteed replacement seats one hour before the event. By an hour before the event, Vivid Seat told us the seller said they had sent the tickets and that there was nothing more they could do for us. The seller did eventually send the tickets--- in time for us to miss the show by half an hour. Conflict resolution after the fact was non-existent. Vivid Seats does not care about their buyers-- only their sellers; or rather, only that they have no involvement at all. A birthday celebration that ended in tears and anger. "I had bought general admission floor tickets to a Lady Gaga show in Miami- was meeting my daughter for the concert (we bought tickets separately since we were coming at different times). I met Enda an hour before the show and she did NOT have my ticket. She messed up the ticket order (there was another woman also waiting to get a ticket from her and she messed hers up too). We stood patiently wile she ran through mutiple credit cards trying to find the ticket. At the last minute, she just bought us a new ticket- gave us the tickets and ran out of the arena. In the end she got us horrible seats behind the stage! These were much cheaper seats that what I had originally paid for and I was unable to be with my daughter for the concert. And we missed about 20 minutes of the show! She clearly knew what she did, would not answer our calls or texts. It was dishonest and just HORRIBLE. Do not use this woman (she actually works for a seller and she called him many times during this episode)."
