"I ordered Hamilton tickets on a Monday and got then on Wednesday. The problem is I ordered Mezannine tickets and got Upper Balcony tickets which of course is a way worse place to set or I would have ordered tickets in that area. I have been on live chat three times with Vivid Tickets and all they will say is they will check with the seller. Silence. Got my wrong tickets to me fast but can't seem to find my correct tickets in a timely manner and of course I am out $790 for two tickets. Terrible company to buy from!"

"We got charged $180 service charge on tickets that only cost $351.00! Outrageous! Irritated that the breakdown of charges was not obvious until the end when I already paid. Even the confirmation email did not show the break down of charges, just the total. When I contacted customer service through chat, then I got the break down of the charges. I realize service fees are just part of the deal with most places, but I expect to know what that is and not have to dig for it. I should not have had to contact customer service to find out how much in service fees I paid. Oh and to boot, they have a very strict no cancellation/no refund policy. Even going so far as to say that if you try to dispute the charge with the bank they will fight it unless it's not fraud by someone else (like a stolen card number). With the other complaints I have seen on here I really hope I get my tickets at all and that they are the right tickets. Seems like they have problems. They certainly do with hidden fees."
