"This was the worst experience I have ever had buying tickets. I requested two tickets, but was later provided with a receipt for four tickets. They are non-refundable, even seconds after receiving the receipt. I then received the tickets with the WRONG DATES! Our flights already booked, hotel purchased but we cannot modify the tickets.
I figured I'd resell them. Come to find out they are a Mobile Only Ticket and CANNOT BE RESOLD! So basically, I am out $800.
You guys should be ashamed to call yourself a business. This is a complete SCAM."
"Travelled to Nashville to see the preds and never received the tickets. Spent all day the day of the game on the phone trying get our tickets and they talked to us as if we were lying and idiots. Never got our tickets and they say we’ll get our money back after they investigate. That still doesn’t compare to the trip we took to see the preds and didn’t get to go. Very upset and I’ll never use vivid again!!! "
"I was to receive my tickets by 11/18. When I did not receive them I called (the next day) to inquire as to when they would be available. I was told at my initial call that they were showing them as sent by Flash Seats late on 11/18 and they expected the order would process and be in my account by lunchtime. When I did not receive them by 2:30 that day, I called back. I was told that "no one told me that," and that the tickets would be delivered when Flash Seats sent them and unless I don't get them by 11/24, it's not Vivid Seats "issue." I need to sell the tickets and they are impeding my ability to do so! I am appalled that I did not receive my tickets as promised and when I called to try and rectify the issue (for the second time) I dealt with multiple customer service reps who refused to provide their identification and/or escalate the issue to a manager....oddly enough, every person I spoke to WAS the manager with no person above them. Really???? I find it hard to believe that the CEO is answering the phone on a Sunday! Obviously not a stand up company - I won't buy from them again!!"

" I currently purchased 3 tickets to a Justin More concert that took place on Nov 17th in Athens GA. I bought really good seats in section A row D. I paid for my tickets & everything was fine, until I got a call from vivid seats stating that the venue changed so I needed to print off new tickets. The guy from vivid seats told me they were going to be equivalent seats to the ones I had purchased. So I said okay and printed off the new tickets. Upon arrival was I completely mistaken. The tickets they told me were going to be equivalent were not, by any means, in any way equivalent to the ones I had purchased. So I paid $261 to sit in the very back row when what I originally paid for was very close to the stage tickets.
I'm not only upset that this company ripped me off, I'm **** that they are able to sell anyone tickets & call themselves a company. Their customer service reps were the worst I've ever dealt with. They seemed so unprofessional & hung up on me more than once. It seems like the phone scammers that call people & get them to trick you into paying money are more professional then these people.
I will be reporting them into the BBB (which by the way, I found out they were taken off their accredited list in October of this year). And I know I will never see a dime of my money because they train their customer service reps not to do any cash back, but I will not stop until I see this company come across my news station about how they were caught scamming so many people out their hard earned money.
Please learn from my mistake & DO NOT BUY FROM THEM"
