"Purchased tickets for the Miss Universe pageant and was promised to have the tickets 2 days prior to the show. Only to tell us the day before the show (when we had called to find out where the tickets are), that they’re sellers or the organizers cancelled the tickets. When they reticketed us with a different seating, they sat us at the worst possible seating in the show, which is NOT what we paid for. They didn’t offer to compensate us for any differences and spoke with 2 customer service rep and the supervisor and they said they couldn’t do anything about it! Total SCAM!!!"

"Purchased two tickets last week to a football game, and found the next day what the fees are. Shame on me for not looking while shopping, but Vivid does not clearly provide disclosures during the buying process that tell you exactly what you are paying. I understood the ticket price, but not the full cost. I am sure it was buried in the disclosures that I agreed to somewhere, but I didn't see it. I do not expect free, I know you are a for profit business, I just find the lack of clear disclosure unacceptable, and will not be back to Vivid anytime soon. Also, Vivid promised two dates for the tickets to be sent, both passed without shipment and without explanation. After calling them today they did expedite things for overnight delivery, but it took a phone call to get that. Going through their chat service and emailing them produced no results. "

"Website is advertising seats for sale as Orchestra, Orchestra right and Orchestra left.
Ordered 2 seats Orchestra and was expecting 2 seats in Orchestra center. Received 2 seats on Orchestra RIGHT! Was nicely told that as long as I was ordering seats in the Orchestra section I could get tickets anywhere, center, right or left! My only options are to try selling these tickets if I am not happy.
A first experience never to be seconded! Will share my feelings and thoughts with friends so they can't fall in this trap. "

It was not even 5 minutes from the purchase time. They will not help you resale the tickets! So I did not see R Kelly and I have to tickets never used. $113 down the drain. "I purchased same day seats/tickets and clarify everything with the customer service representative, I received emails confirming this, but then found out at the last minute that there were no tickets to be sold, Customer service claimed a few different issues such as “poor notation,”and “unclear “mapping.” Sat on hold for 25 minutes while they scrambled a story, then finally said they would check to see “if any other tickets” were available as if they hadn’t already done that. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN and will trash them in the internet until I get tired of doing so."
"I purchased four tickets to the Janet Jackson concert for $1,177! Since it was a rescheduled concert I called Vivid Seats numerous times to confirm my tickets were all good because TicketMaster said that two were not going to be honored. I was assured by Vivid Seats that all four tickets would be good. We showed up to the concert and two of the tickets weren't good. We had to purchase two more tickets for $250 each - so it was $1,677 for four of us to attend with no refund!! There is no 100% guarantee!"
