"My husband purchased tickets by calling Vivid Seats. Brady Davis, our ticket agent, was knowledgable, helpful and very polite in taking and processing our order. We like to purchase these tickets as a Christmas gift each year for our son who is a graduate of Villanova.

"We purchased 12 tickets to a sporting event. Two of the tickets had to be shipped via UPS. Three weeks AFTER purchasing the tickets, we were notified that they tickets would not ship until the day before the event arriving by noon the day of the event in Spokane, Washington. The event is in Seattle, starting at 12:45pm. Seattle is a 4.5 hour drive from Spokane. There is no way that we can make the event. We then contacted customer service via chat to try to make different delivery arrangements. When they were unable to confirm that they could deliver the tickets "in time for the event" as listed in their ticket delivery guarantee, we asked to cancel the order. The chat representative said we needed to speak to a manager. We called twice and were disconnected without ever reaching a person. On the third try (after yet another attempted chat session), we finally reached a manager, who said "there was a chance" that the tickets would be delivered early and because there was a chance, he said he could not help us. We asked to speak to his manager, and he said there was no other manager and he could not help us. Needless to say we will not be using Vivid Seats again. I've used Stub Hub before without issue and will be using them from now on. "
"I have never experienced the bad customer service that I did with this company before! I tried calling and could not get through to anyone, I tried the online chat and was told that I would be emailed and someone would get back to me and no one did. Then they said they responded to me and I never once received a response and I never got the tickets before the concert and they still did not refund me my money!! The worst ticket sales company ever, beware and do not use, look at BBB they don't have an accredited account for a reason and they are all negative reviews!!! "
"I have just purchased two tickets for Hello Dolly in NYC. The agent who assisted me was Marcelino Ruiz. Marcelino's assistance was superb. He answered all my questions, spoke very clearly, and made the transaction a pleasure. I understood the terms of the sale and purchased the tickets. Marcelino told me that I would receive two emails, one containing the terms of sale and the other containing the tickets themselves. He stated the emails would come within five minutes. I received both emails within two minutes! I am most pleased with the services from Vivid Seats and Marcelino. I was happy to write this very, very positive review. "

Our agent worked with us to buy Vivid Seat gift cards with the prepaids in order to be able to use multiple charges on the order. He went over and above to ensure that we were happy and satisfied with the purchase! Excellent!"
"I could not attend a show and needed to give up my tickets, I googled ticket selling sites and found Vivid. I was able to post them easy enough, I would rate them high on that aspect. However, twice in 48 hours the site “expired” my tickets and they did not appear for sale on their site. I received no notice or email and only knew because I went to the site as a buyer and could not see my tickets. I could not "un-expire" them myself and needed to call for assistance each time. Worried I was out of time, I dropped the price. I did sell them last minute at a lower price than what I paid and 7 days later I have not seen my money. I called, they tell me to keep waiting. I asked to speak to a manager, they told me there was not one available. I certainly won't use them again.
