Change of ticket price, high fees

"Tried to buy ticket online and ticket price jumped from $64 to $129 after payment info was typed and submitted. Then called and customer service gave me $10 off the higher price which still wasn’t as much of a discount as I received for being a “new vivid seats customer”. Was then put on hold for 15 minutes after my ticket was already emailed to me for what felt like was purely out of passive aggression."

Worst ticket seller ever!! Dont get robbed!!

"This is the worst ticket seller ever!! Dont get robbed by them!! I purchased tickets to Jelly Roll (order #35159963) and recieved order confirmation via email and through their app. I however never recieved the actual electronic tickets. After standing in line for 2 hours I was told the app order confirmation was not the tickets and was turned away. Because Vivid Seats was a 3rd party provided the venue couldnt do anything for me. I then tried to call Vivid Seats from the venue to resolve, however was never connected to an agent in time! In reaching back out to Vivid Seats the next day, they were very unhelpful and basically said the electronic tickets were transfered via a link, though I never recieved a link (I checked spam and evey other possible location in my email). They would not provide me with any documentation showing records of that transfer, and offered no solution other than their phantom records showed it so it was my problem. I spent $165 and was robbed! Dont buy tickets through Vivid Seats. They are a scam company with poor customer service and a desire to resolve customer issues. Save your time, energy and money and use another ticket seller! "

Great Service!

"I will be honest, I was reluctant to try another ticket distributor because I had just been scammed by a very well known company with whom I had purchased incredibly expensive Hamilton Tickets-twice! I contacted Vivid Seats and was able to have a live conversation with an agent, Raymond., who was most helpful, who followed up with a personal email, guaranteed delivery instructions right at the theater ticket office, and two emergency phone numbers in case anything should possibly go awry. Everything went like clock work! I was able to get my physical tickets at Will Call as instructed. There were no hoops to download another app , no other accounts to set up to receive electronic tickets. I was so relieved as this was a special occasion for my granddaughter, Thank you, Vivid Seats, for ensuring a wonderful event! It was a professional, trustworthy, hassle-free experience! J. Kirk"
