"I received a 10% off offer for the game I wanted to attend. Was not able to get it to work though computer or phone app. Tried to use a chat and they were not successful. Told me to call and the agent was not successful even though the offer was clearly not for new customers only. She could only give me 5% off. I was told i can try to take screen shots and send in and they would investigate.
I felt cheated but took the tickets at 5%. The difference is was $7 per ticket and Vivid was earning $41 per ticket x 3. I was only asking for the offer that was provided to me. "
"So much no. Bought tickets and immediately wanted to cancel when I realized the ticket “convenience” fee was outrageous. But, as soon as you hit confirm there’s no way out. It says you can relist tickets you dont want for resale, so I tried that. Days later and my listing still wasn’t showing up, so I contacted customer service. Boy was the lady I got rude. Told me I can’t resell on their site and that I have to resell on a different site... what in the f*%k. Doesn’t make any sense, seems like a giant scam unless you want to pay 5x what a ticket actually costs with no option to resell what you bought. Better off going to a different site, like stubhub. "
"By the time I called Vivid Seats I was frustrated because I needed 3 seats & the website only gave me a choice of 2 tickets. I called the Venetian directly 6 times & got such a run around, finally waited on hold for the box office forever, was told their system had been down for a week & they couldn't sell tickets, so decided to call Vivid Seats directly. "ordered tickets and received tickets for a wrong date. There is no way to contact any customer service rep in any way. I did receive the tickets on my app however no mater which way I try to contact them a robo request ask for the order number. No documentation that I have received from Vidid Seats has the order number on it. There is no way to get help without the order number. a check of the Vivid seats web site has no record of transaction even though I received the tickets"
