"We bought 4 premium tickets to a Boston Red Sox game that has been postponed by the MLB due to coronavirus. Vividseats will give refunds for cancelled events, but not for postponed events that may eventually be rescheduled. We are from 4000 miles away and will be in Boston for only one specific weekend. People should be given the option of reissued tickets or a full refund if an event needs to be rescheduled because not everyone can change their work schedule and fly thousands of miles to attend an event on a date it was not originally scheduled. Customer service was not helpful. AVOID THIS BUSINESS"
