"The 1st transaction went fine, my 2nd one had me on the phone 18 minutes, they clearly struggled with the language barrier and disconnected me. Their call center is in the Philippines and highly disconnected. All I can recommend is find another ticket service because it appears this company will not be viable in the future being they do not care about their customers.

"We will never purchase tickets from this business again. They sent an email and at the bottom of it they give you 7 days to get a refund or it goes it credits. Not to mention the credits have an expiration date that we may not even have a chance to use because of covid. That’s $600 they will keeping of ours. We contacted them trying to get our money back since the concert we had tickets for was cancelled due to covid. You are only able to speak to customer service and they tell you there is nothing they can do. This is a sorry excuse for a business that would withhold OUR money just to be used as credits for them during a pandemic. "

"This is bulls**t! Vivid Seats sent an email stating if I wanted a refund that NO FURTHER ACTION IS REQUIRED! Having to contact you within 7 days afterward, which was not detailed in that email, constitutes another action, in other words, you sent me a very fraudulent and misleading email concerning my refund. Your company is a fraud and I am not going away. I DEMAND my money be refunded immediately as I have already spoken with an attorney and provided them with the cancellation email stating no further action is required to get my refund. He has informed me that this is fraudulent & misleading business practice. Aside from fraudulent and misleading business practice, every time I reply to one of these B/S emails someone different responds with the same predefined wording concerning this issue. Does anyone over there have the balls to deal one on one with me or do you all simply pass it on to another person.??????
I have attached a PDF copy of the cancellation email stating “If you wish to receive the full cash refund, no further action is required on your part. Your refund will be processed to your original payment source within approximately two to four weeks.” Please show me where it states in this same said email that I have to contact Vivid Seats within 7 days to get my refund! You cannot mislead someone by stating no further action is required and that the refund will be completed with 2-4 weeks.

"I won't be able to attend a rescheduled event (due to covid) because l live in Canada and won't be able to travel to the States during the rescheduled time. Vividseatswas hard to get a hold of, and when I did get a hold of them, refused to give me a refund, ignored me, and told me to sell my tickets... during a pandemic. They responded to my tweet saying they could help... only to send an automated reply in private messaging that I didn't qualify for a refund. They have continuously changed policies during the pandemic and now are only giving credits to those with canceled events. Absolutely money hungry company with horrible customer service. I'm out $500 for a concert I can't attend."
"My event was cancelled due to Covid-19, so I sent an e-mail the day after it was cancelled trying to get my refund. This email was ignored, and then a month down the road, they sent an email saying I had 7 days to contact them for the refund. This message was sent to my junk folder and wasn't seen in time, so now they keep my money and give me less than a year to spend my "reward loyalty credit." I called customer service, and their response was "we sent an e-mail and you did not respond." Then when I pressed further, they said "I have handled this issue." They were very rude and have essentially stolen my $400. "

Bought my tickets in 2019 for a 2020 show and they are telling me that I cant get a refund but I can go in 2021 (if the show even happens). Long story short, they are only about production and could care very little for the customers."
"Reba McEntire on March 28th it was rescheduled to July 17th it was rescheduled again but not for until August of 2021 I do not want to wait that long I can't make that event how can I get my money back cuz vividseats refuses to give it back unless the concert is cancelled I think that's very bad business on their part they should be able to give back a refund if the person wants one and cannot do it after it's been rescheduled three times"
"I purchased tickets and the event was cancelled. I waited to contact Vivid until I had confirmation from the provider the event was cancelled. Vivid still has the event listed as postponed to avoid paying the refund according to their own policy. Dealing with their customer service has been horrific and circular."
