"I called Vivid Seats due to some issues ordering online. Although the call was very professional and Monique M. was more than helpful, I was a little perplexed as to why we are charged an overnight delivery fee. I didn't realize until after reading my email that the tickets will not be shipped to me until a few days prior to the event in July. So, I am wondering why I would need to pay over $20 for overnight delivery when I will not receive them for a few months. Other than that, the phone call and help was great. "

"Wow! Your team should be giving Customer Service training to other companies. Monique is fantastic. There was some confusion on the site with multiple names for just plain old General Admission. I called to confirm that was the issue. I am so lucky I got Monique. She was friendly and knowledgeable and spoke with conviction. I felt extremely confident with her answer and booked the tickets right away. I have run 3 call centers in my past and I would hire her!! There was a 10% discount being offered by e-mail and she suggested I get the reservation right over to the info@ desk for them to adjust. Wham Bam Pedro has already adjusted the account. I am so grateful and look forward to booking with Vivid Seats again! Bravo"
