"I order tickets to the NHL winter classic in Dallas over 4 hours from my home location. In the days leading up to the event, still haven’t received my tickets, I spent hours and spoke to countless representatives. All of whom, told me the tickets were already delivered to my email and I should have them already waiting in my inbox...WRONG. No rational person would travel over 4 hours somewhere without having the tickets in hand. My travel arrangements there, I had to cancel, was out that money as well. Then this company had the audacity to say to me - “yeah you’re right we see all the times you’ve called us In the days prior and how you received the tickets an hour before the event, but we can’t do refunds, how’s a $75 credit?” Are you kidding me?!?!? So now I’m out like $600 total because of the lies of there customer service and extremely untimely delivery of tickets. It even states in their policy that refunds are given for “untimely delivery of tickets”, more unethical lies and business practices. Now I have to fill out all of this paperwork with my credit card to dispute the charge for the tickets I was never able to use. Moral of the story - do not use this ticket reseller unless you want an overexposure to stress, to be out hundreds and hundreds of dollars, and to waste about 12-16 hours dealing with the fallout."
"I called Vivid Seats about four times later in the evening before I finally reach Joseph during the day. The customer care before him left me searching for other sites to complete my purchase, I was lucky to reach Joseph. He spent a lot of time trying to find me the best possible seats for what I could afford for the Justin Bieber concert. It was a very nice person and extremely knowledgeable. He even helped me go on another side to view my seats from a different angle. Great customer care! "
