"I called to purchase these tickets as they're a gift. The website states that parking passes are included are part of the setting that I bought, but the customer service rep tried to sell me an upgrade for parking. When I addressed the parking was included, I was placed on hold while she checked with her supervisor. I held for 52 mins & 18 secs and then was hung on!!!!
Not a good experience for a first timer. I guess I'll be blowing up your phone & chat next week until someone there takes accountability for your advertisement and honors it.

"Had to try about 10-12 times and got the error that my billing address was somehow valid. When I called, I was told that this is a known issue and even the agent needed to do an override just to place an order. Was told multiple times that the ticket I wanted isn't available although I can access via my app. The whole process took 35 mins. The agent was courteous but not enough to make up for the service gaps. I asked at the end regarding the rewards points only to be told that if only I asked before he finished the order I would've received it (although the agent never mentioned any of this). Absolutely disgraceful service. Will avoid buying anything from this site again "

"Having never heard of VividSeats before and not understanding why a Canadian stage performance was in U.S. dollars, Lucas was very helpful. HE was also very patient in trying to find the right seats for a family of four. The exchange rate is a killer, prices many out of the market, especially for a performance of this nature (Spongebob).
