"So I usually don’t write bad reviews, and I really have no complaint about anyone specifically that I dealt with, as everyone was nice enough. I purchased four tickets for my teenage daughter and friends to see Motley Crue, Def Leopard and Poison. A couple of hours after my purchase, I realized that I needed one more ticket, so I called to see if I could buy another ticket in the same section and row as the previous 4 that I had jus bought. Of course, since it’s a “live market” this was not possible. My call was transferred 5 times back and forth between sales and customer service because apparently my request was neither a sales or a customer service problem. I ended up on the phone with a nice young man (Morgan) who assisted me with purchasing one ticket in the same section but six rows away from the other 4 seats. Funny thing is that I asked Morgan how many seats were available in section 111, and he told me approximately 180. I just don’t understand why I couldn’t get 5 together."
