"I purchased "listed" Row 1 seats for a Florida Panthers hockey game. When received, they were Row 26. I called Customer Service and it was explained that these were "zone tickets" meaning it could be anywhere in the section. This was in the small print. I asked why they list Row 1 when it could be Row 28 also. The CS agreed with me that it can be confusing, but couldn't do anything. I reached out to Vivid through Facebook and got the same "canned" reply, stating I could try to resell them. I paid $55 for what I thought was row 1, while the tickets in Row 26 are on sale for $18. I told them that this was false advertising, and I will use other sites now for all my future ticket needs. At Vivid, the customer is not always right..........read the fine print even if ordering on your phone. "
