"I ordered a PS4 online on November 24, 2019, it arrived at my store on November 26, 2019 but said it was delayed. I called to find out why it was delayed and was told they didn't have it I need to call the 800 number which I did. The 800 number said my order was at my walmart. I called them back and informed them what I was told, I was put on hold for a bit, the person came back and said they would check into it and call me back, they never did. I called the next day and was told the same thing, no call back. On December 5, 2019 I called again and was told the same thing, I then called the 800 number, she put me on hold and contacted the store, when she came back on the line she said my order was at the store but they hadn't had a chance to scan it in because they were so backed up, to please give them a few days, I should receive an email to pick it up. On December 10, 2019 I received an email stating my order had been returned because I didn't pick it up. I called the 800 number, told her the story, I also told her that my order was a Black Friday price, the ones that were for sale now were $50 more. She put me on hold for quite a while, came back and told me that they are not honoring Black Friday prices any more. I called back again and got a different person, he put me on hold for a while, came back and offered me a $25 credit on walmart.com products only. Luckily I took a screen shot of the order on December 5, 2019 which shows that my order was still delayed, you have 7 days to pick up your order. I am going to the store today to see what I can do, hopefully all will turn out well."
"I bought a countertop dishwasher online from Walmart. It was delivered damaged. I took it to a Walmart store to return it. They wanted me to return it myself. The box it came in had no bottom and the straps had been cut, so I had no clue how to secure the box again. I insisted they take it and return it themselves. On the day I went to Walmart to return it, they said they replaced my order and credited it to my card. The next day when I was able to get the dishwasher to them, everything was different. They said I would have to reorder the item myself, but that my card would be credited. A week or two later, I still had no credit. The tracking information showed they received the item. I called and was told they had received the dishwasher and in five days or so I would receive the credit. More than a week later, still no credit. I called and was told they had just received it the day before, and it would be a week before I'd get credited. So one or both of the ladies I talked to was lying. I still have no credit for a dishwasher that has been in their possession for almost a month now. "
"Happened across a Sony PlayStation 4 slim online for $23.94. I assumed they were offering it to the earliest shopper or something, until my order was cancelled without even notifying me. If I hadn't looked at my account I would never have known that the PlayStation was never going to arrive.
Then when I call customer service they hand me some line about needing their marketplace to get a hold of me to fix the situation. Of course I never receive any call from said Marketplace, so I call customer service again. This time I'm told it was a third party seller and they need to transfer me. After waiting on hold for I don't know how long, they tell me all they could get was their answering machine. Getting upset, got me forwarded to another associate who then explained that they do not honor pricing errors, and they cancel any orders that had not shipped.
Needless to say I'm not getting a PlayStation, but sitting home quietly wondering why they thought wasting my time with Marketplace and third party transfers was going to prove."
"Ordered a samsung smart watch a week or so before black friday because it was great price at that time compared to other stores. I did not want to wait for black Friday deals as I want to give it to my husband in time. picked it up in store and lady scanned unopened bag and gave to me.. had I left the store without checking it I would have been in big trouble. There was no $200+ samsung watch in bag. It was a fitbit.. at first they said its non returnable but I said they sent me the wrong item (label outside sealed bag says Samsung) and I opened it in front customer service so they know I did not switch! Store tried to helpful but online walmart gave us a hard time. After more than an hour they gave me $25GC, $25 off a $45 online purchase for my trouble. What a joke! I ended up purchasing watch at almost double the price and missed the black Friday deals. I had already told my husband I was gonna get him the Samsung and had bought all the other accessories on Amazon for it.. so I cant get a different brand/style. Next time I would rather pay a bit more to buy item from a trusted site."
"Purchased tires online and was give a 2 day delivery time, a day later that was delayed 2 more days, then delayed an additional week. I canceled the order 2 days after initiating the order. It's now been over 14 working days since cancelling the order and 2 trips to a Walmart store and no one can tell me when or if I'll get my refund. "I was a loyal Walmart shopper for many years, but all that changed this month.
I went to the login for Walmart to pay my credit card bill and the page that came up said there were technical difficulties and instructed me to try again after a few minutes. After several attempts, I decided to wait and try again the next day. The following morning I made several more attempts. Always "try again in a few minutes." I then went to my local Super Walmart and the customer service person said that Walmart had changed banks and that I would have to come in with my card and pay in person from then on. My wife was in another part of our metropolitan area and had the card, so I asked her to try to pay it. She called and was told that only the cardholder (me) could pay it. I then cut short my visitation time with my son to go back and retrieve the card from my wife and went to a nearby Neighborhood Market. I was asked how much I wanted to pay and I said I didn't know what the balance was because I couldn't get on to the webpage. She told me (in just that way that makes you feel a little stupid) that I should have called the number on the card. So I went outside and called. The recording said that my balance was not due until about a week later on November 13. I understood that to mean that if I paid on the 13th I would be okay. At 8:20 on the 13th, after a long day of work, I called again to pay. The recording now told me that my payment was 20 minutes late and I would be charged a $40 fee. That is half a day's pay for my wife. She and I had made repeated attempts to pay my balance, including two separate trips to Walmart, and were given wrong information on the web page and customer service, misled by the recorded message, and finally, ripped off for $40. The money is important, but even more essential is that I feel that I was not valued as a customer. My monthly Walmart bills are usually several hundred dollars. When I left a written complaint on their webpage, I was told to call the bank. Since this happened, I have spent my money elsewhere that I would have spent at Walmart, and will continue to shop elsewhere. "
"I had placed an order online for Walmart Canada on November 3rd. First thing I was never told it was an order with a third party, was never told it was being shipped from somewhere in china, when they had already taken my money and placed my order they had finally given me a tracking number to notify me of where it was coming from, I was only then advised that it was from somewhere in china they did not update the tracking of this order for the entire month. When I called and finally spoke with someone they said they would have someone look into this issue and call me back I NEVER received a phone call back. later that week I called back only then did they update me that they spoke with the seller and couldn't tell me where my item was only that it would be here sometime at the end of November closer to the 26th. Now I have been contacting them recently 3 times within the past few days as my item should have been here by now, I am being passed around to different agents being told their escalation team is looking into and they need more time to look into this matter this is the WORST experience I have ever had when ordering something online you would think being such a big Corporation they would be more professional and have their act together when dealing with customers I will never again order from Walmart and I will be advising anyone who asks to not order from them as well. I hit WM on my way home, about 12 miles away from home.
A few small items, I pay and grab the plastic bag... The Mrs. made dinner and she needed sauce. I arrive after a long day and the sauce is no where to be found... I go to the store some 4 miles past the house and the manager of another culture tells me do to their inventory ways, I have to go back to the other store... after all the time where the original store did not answer the phone (maybe no employees speak English on Sunday's Grave Yard Shift. I call the store near by and am put on hold... after 5 approximately, I take my cell with me of course and after arrival, stand in line, wait for manager, I am still on Hold.
The manager, who surprisingly speaks somewhat understandable english... I tell him the circumstances, show him the receipt...
He tells me due to seperate inventory records, I must return to the original location... lol after all of these years¿?
AS OF THIS DAY, I NO LONGER BUY MOBILE 1, NO LONGER GET MY OIL CHANGED, TIRES OR WHAT HAVE YOU. I ALSO GIVE UP MY RIGHT TO USE SAM'S, FOR FREE THROUGH MY EMPLOYER.

"I have just experienced my umptheenth and most likely final Wal-Mart checkout SCREW UP! Almost every time I go to there there is some major screw up at the checkout and it takes me an extra 30 minutes to an hour to get out of there.
Today I was buying six items when one of them wouldn't scan. The checkout girl came over and tried to put the information in and it wouldn't take. She then told me to go to the back and get one with a ticket. She said she would "watch" my stuff. A rather large bossy woman behind me with about 50 items started complaining loudly.
I went back to get a duplicate of the item with a sticker. There were several but only one had the sticker. I was gone all of one minute. When I came back the bossy woman was ringing up her 50 items. I asked the salesgirl what was going on and she said she "watched" my stuff. Needless to say, I was rather angry. The large bossy woman told the salesgirl, "You didn't do nothing wrong." I certainly didn't do anything wrong: Wal-Mart is incompetent?
I had to wait another 15 to 20 minutes for another self-scan register to open. Then there was another screw and the useless salesgirl gingerly told me I could just "ring everything up all over again" like it was no big deal.
I insisted on seeing the manager and was told the main manager wasn't there. I was so angry I could hardly contain myself. I spoke to two supposedly lower managers and told that these screws up happen nearly every !@#@$ time I shop there, waiting up to an hour of my time, and that they need to get their !@#$ together.
As I left the security alarm went off, even though I didn't steal anything. I then had to wait some more while the searched through my stuff!

Item not ready as promised 11/7 even though tracking said it was there. 11/8 waited over 45 mins after checking in. Nobody came. One cashier at service center with a line. Not one employee asked if I needed help. (I’m disabled it’s hard to walk and stand.)
