CUSTOMER SERVICE

"CUSTOMER BEWARE.... First let me start this review off by saying that I am very competent individual and I completely understand the return policy but when you sell someone something that is invalid and refuses to even give them a Walmart gift card in return that is stealing. When I purchase a phone card online which I received through email and go to enter the pin number and it's an invalid pin number and I call Walmart com customers services and they give me a website go on which had the same invalid pin that I was emailed the first time so I call back at which is time I am told that they cannot refund the gift card and that I need to call my bank to stop charges on my account. That is just not right. I am done shopping at Walmart stores and online. I would rather go to Target at least the employee there don't treat customer like crap!!!!!

Mobil express pay

"I originally was signed up for ez pay with no issues which has now been changed to mobile express. I had a problem with my cc so I was sent a new one and went into walmart.com under the payment tab to update my card information and now mobile express won't work. I have called to resolve this issue and have been given the runaround. It has been more than a month that I have been trying to resolve this issue. I gave a poor review and was contacted to help resolve the problem but she couldn't help so I was transferred to someone else and she wanted to help but the previous person did not give all the impertinent information. When I told her the whole story again then I was told I would have to go back to walmart.com to fix the issue. I have currently removed my information from the website and will move my prescriptions to a different pharmacy."

Horrible online shopping experience

"I made an order on Dec 31/2019 and to be delivered on Jan 3/2020 and today is Jan 27/2020 I don't have the product or refund.
I called several times for a refund and the only answer is that they are going to escalate my concerns to a higher Department. SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE SHOP ON AMAZON

Yeah never pre ordering from walmart again

"Pre ordered Dragon Ball Z Kakarot from here and didnt even get the pre order bonuses, I get in contact with customer service about it and they say "We'll send this to the higher ups about this issue and you will receive an email within 48 hours" bruh its 4 days since they said that so I try again and it's the same thing, why you even need to send it to some higher ups about you guys just not giving me the pre order bonus, not like I bought a whole **** car or something. Imagine saying "Have you loaded into the game to see if you got the pre order bonus installed?" I LITERALLY ordered it off your dogshit site, not the Microsoft store ,maybe if there was a code then yeah but there wasn't cause it's called WALMART."

Dont waste your time

"I purchased a freezer from walmart.com. It arrived a week later than the one week asigned delivery date. When it came it was badly dented. We were two weeks into it at this point. I scheduled a pickup and exchange. After waiting almost two more weeks for that to happen, the replacement was even more damaged than the first one. Now we are four weeks into it and they have said only one exchange per item. They now say that a pickup and refund will happen within the next week. That puts at 5 weeks if it actually happens when its supposed to. I would assume it will follow suit and be a week past due which will put us at 6 weeks out and starting all over looking for a new freezer. Thanks for being a colossal waste of my time walmart.com! I will never shop with you again!"

Don't make the mistake of ordering online

"I bought a T.V. on Dec 6, first order was lost. I thought ok i'll reorder. The new order was supposed to be available for pickup on the 27th, but nope now it's the 30th. 24 days waiting folks. I've got much better service from small business on EBay. You will not be compensated for horrible service. I guess since the Waltons are worth 180 billion, they just don't care. This will never happen again, i promise. Meanwhile Walmart sends me emails promising 2 day delivery on some items, Right! In my opinion Amazon is the way to go when shopping online."

No accountability

"When your order is late, by days, there should be recourse given to the purchaser. Why should we pay full price when Walmart doesn't hold up their end of the deal. When I called and spoke to customer service, their answer wasn't to admit fault or to offer conciliation--it was in a nutshell, maybe it will get here, we have no way of knowing because it's a third party seller. Ok, thanks. Useless."

Delivery of orders

"I placed an order for a barbie dream house with walmart and what ever shipping company they used did not put it in a seperate box and left it in the snow. Called walmart and they corrected that issue. When I gave them a second chance at ordering something else this time the package has been out for delivery for almost a week. And they offered me a discount on my next shipped order. Well walmart, I gave you a second chance and you screwed that up so there will not be a third chance and that discount off of a shipping order will go to waste thank you for nothing more than aggravation and stress. If I could give you no stars I would. "

I will NEVER EVER EVER again buy from walmart online , i purchased all my christmas gifts from walmart 2 months in advance incase to have them all on time. they left me with no christmas gifts few days before christmas , they made me to contact third party which i didn't even know some of them were coming from far , all i knew i trusted walmart and i used my credit card ,it's not my responsibility to deal with zimbabwe , south africa or china where items come from , anyways emails after emails , i only received one out of all the orders that got lost in transit .it's kinda hard to believe all orders got lost at the same time ,i got frustrated and tired of following up my orders so i asked for refund. promise after promise nothing happened. after several calls took me half a day i insist to talk to their supervisor , one of staff hanged up the phone , the other one put on hold at least 20 mins , finally supervisor told me i should receive my refund in about 6 days and they address me to the email for higher complain here to help .ca . 1: Lost my time for 2 months and no gifts for christmas. 2: i have to run crazy to buy all the gifts few days left to christmas and NOW ON TOP OF IT i have to fight to get my money back. this is INSANE. i REGRET it so much that why didn’t i buy all my gifts from AMAZON . no matter what walmart lost my trust as a customer . PLEASE DON’T BUY YOUR SPECIAL EVENT GIFTS FROM WALMART , YOU WILL BE LEFT WITH NOTHING IN HAND .

2 day shipping? Bull!

"This has happened more than once now. I ordered something. It says it’ll be here in 3 days (1 day processing & 2 day shipping). Then the system changes to me getting my items in a week or more. SURE I got 2 day shipping, but it took 5 days to process! I could forgive today’s shipment. It’s holiday time. But it’s happened a few times before!"

WHERE IS MY PACKAGE ?!

"OKAY , I paid $161.49 for a Total Wireless iPhone 6s Plus & A TotalWireless Prepaid Card For $35.00 But They Taxed Me 2.47 .. Cool , So It Said It Would Arrive Friday Dec 20th , Wed Dec 18 I Received A Text Message Stating That My Package Would Arrive Thurs Dec 19th , Cool Fine . I'm Waiting For My Package & I Go Check The Website & It Says " Delivered , Orders Received " So I Go Outside Looking All Around My House For My Packages I Checked My MailBox And Everything , Still NO PACKAGES . I Contact Walmart & They Telling Me To Contact The 1-800 Walmart Number .. I Do As I Was Told And Said My Order Was Shipped Off To My House At 12:15 ... Today Is Thurs Dec 19 , 5:31 And Still .. No Package "

Damaged package

"I received what I ordered on time but package was damaged, scratched through and then a big white sticker was stuck over that area right on the front of the package! This is to be a birthday present for my granddaughter. And now there’s no time to return it for an undamaged package. I won’t use Walmart delivery again!"
