"This was my first order from this company. I ordered two Kodak 7330 digital cameras. The site said that they would ship out within 24-48 hours. A few days I called because I hadn't received an email stating that shipping had occured, and these were Hanukah presents. They assured me they had been shipped and I would probably get them that day, the next day at the latest. The next day I got an email stating that these cameras were presently unavailable and they MAY become available. The following day, they cancelled my order. My feeling is, if they were out of stock they shouldn't have been listed as in stock.At this poing, I had to shop locally to make it in time for the holidays."

Both instances my order was processed and shipped within 2 days and arrived at my door within 4-6 days (using FedEx cheapest deivery option). "Ordered on Aug 29th. Told will arrive by Sep 9th. Tracking number given kept saying that item not in Fedex possession. Called sep 6th, told, that will arrive without the tracking number. Did not arrive...hence called and argued. Told that nothing can be done, cancel the order and re-order, will take another 10 days!!!!

"ordered stamina magnetic programmable stationary bike. Arrived broken. When trying to adjust the difficulty level it would make a clicking noise b/c it uses plastic gears and instead of moving each other they were just skipping over each other causing the clicks as well as NOT adjusting the difficulty level. I went to return it to the store and was told that the shipping cost I had to pay to receive this broken hunk of junk was non-refundable. That's crap if you ask me.
Update: Called customer service when i got back from the crappy store and they refunded me the shipping. Overall an okay experience."
"Ordered a box of checks from their check division. Went very well. There was a slight problem with my account number, but that was more my problem. I faxed them paperwork to correct this Thursday at 8 AM EST. They shipped my checks at 9:30 AM EST. I couldn't believe it. But the checks made it. It was very nice. Well priced, and easy to order online (preview mode for what your checks look like is nice)"
"I made three orders within a little over a weeks period of time. Only one of them was shipped anywhere close to what I would call fast shipping (one of the orders took two weeks to ship) all three orders were for the Weider Cross Bow Vision Home Gym being sent to three different addresses. Two packages were sent via UPS (one showed up with holes in the box and some nuts and bolts missing but nothing that couldn't be replaced at home depot) the third package was sent thru a obscure trucking company called emeryworldwide. The online "purchase history" showed the one shipped with emery as a UPS shipment and gave a tracking number that didn't start with 1Z as all UPS tracking numbers do. I spent days on the phone with customer support at Wal-Mart trying to track down who they shipped the package with (sometimes the Wal-Mart customer support couldn't even find my account or order number in their system even!!!). Finally they figured out that they shipped it with this company called Emery. So I get ahold of Emery to find out why the package hasn't been delivered (today is May 6th and this particular order was placed on April 19th). Now emery claims they cant find the address. I have had NOTHING but bad luck with Wal-Mart.com so far. If the first two units shipped with UPS why they switched to some obscure trucking company for the third shipment I have NO idea (the delivery address is in NY so it isn't like its some out of the way exotic location). My recommendation is to stay FAR away from Wal-Mart.com all you will get is a headache a sore ear from all the hours on the phone with customer service who might or might not be able to even find your account and order even if you give them your order number.

"I recently purchased a CD from Walmart.com because they did not have it at any nearby stores. I had to pay an extra $2.78 for shipping. I was hoping to receive it in a couple of days like most places that I have bought items from. I am still waiting today, 8 days after I ordered it, and 7 days after it was shipped (shipped on April 5, 2004). I contacted customer support about when it might get here. They just responded with a generic response of: “However, you can estimate your order's arrival date. Just add the longest availability time of an item in your order to the delivery method ship time (Standard: 3 to 7 business days; Priority: 2 to 3 business days; Express: 1 business day). "Availability" is shown on the item page just under the item price.” I do not think that it should take this long for an item to be shipped. I highly recommend against buying from this company.

"I placed an order for music downloads. I was able to download the music after a few minutes with a dsl connection. I was not able to listen to the music because of software licensing. When i called they informed me to use windows media player so i downloaded the latest version and still nothing. I have called after being on hold for 10 minutes no answer. I emailed to get no response. I will never use them for music purchases again"
