"Placed an order. Realized there was one more item I wanted so I cancelled the first order and placed another. They have an option to cancel orders so I cancelled just 10 minutes after the original purchase. I even sent an e-mail to customer service to make sure to cancel the order. I don't believe they make any effort to cancel orders. About 24 hours later that order shipped. Now I have a double shipment. They take orders but won't cancel them."
"Wanted to order a GPS for wife as a gift. The web site showed it in stock, and after a week or more, was finally shipped. Was exactly what I ordered and all went smooth. Best price I could find on net on the particular GPS.

"Supplied tracking number stated product hasn't shipped yet and with every inquiry about the shipment I got back a form letter saying "it's on it's way" Phone calls weren't any better. Weeks when by for a package that should have taken 2 days. Still haven't receive yet and Walmart will not admit there's a problem even when their own tracking number shows there is one. Never again.

"HORRIBLE SERVICE! TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE! I ordered a music CD from Walmart.com as a Christmas gift on December 11th. The website stated as well as my emails that I would receive it between Dec. 16th and Dec. 21st. Well the 21st came and I had not received my CD. I called customer service (was on hold for 40 minutes!) I was told it would arrive by the 23rd. The 23rd came and still no package. After the 40 minute wait on my last call to customer service. I decided to email this time. I did, but you just get an auto reply, they don't actually read your email. So I had to call and hold again for 45 minutes this time and finally got the CD sent out to me. It arrived 20 days after I ordered it. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM WALMART.COM AGAIN! "
"Flat out publicly lied about speed at which they would complete the order. I paid extra for 2-3 day shipping on this day so I could get it before Christmas (which the home page so prominently displayed) but I could tell from the tracking number they did NOT ship it Priority Mail. Over a week later and I still don't have it. Contacting customer service yields SILENCE. How I wish I checked here first!"
"Terrible service, website and sales people lie about product availibility. Called to make sure item was in stock and was told it could ship out right away. Day after placing order it became out of stock and had over a month wait. Bait and switch tactics make me never want to buy them online again. Spoke with rude sales agent and manager who informed me Walmart's claim of items being in-stock is completely meaningless."
"I am very pleased with walmart.com. I was looking for an electric racetrack for my stepson (the kind I used to play with when I was a kid) and was shocked to find that they were incredibly hard to find. WalMart didn't have anything decent in stock, but I found the set I was looking for on their website. It was very reasonably priced and the shipping was inexpensive. The order arrived early and in perfect condition. It was also easy to track the order, and I found accurate information about the status of this order each time I checked."

"I ordered a Game Boy for my daughter and I recieved the game player delivered by UPS. I was told that the games will arrive by USPS but they did not. USPS has the habit of throwing your pacakge on the porch and keep going and anyone can pick it up and steal it. I informed Walmart that the package never arrived and after two weeks of waiting, they told me that they could not track or replace my products. The told me that the games and player came as a "BUNDLE". I would have to send back the player before they do anything. I told them that I already opened the package and I bought 3 more games for my daughter at Circuit City and I can't send it back because I threw away the package it came in. I looked in the dictionary and found the meaning of "Bundle" It's when everything comes in one package. They sent it in two. The games cost $15.00 each so they owe me $30.00. I use to do a lot of my online shopping there but not anymore."
"I placed an online order on Oct 25th for an IN STOCK book. Walmart emailed my confirmation along with an estimated delivery date of Oct 31st to Nov 4th. I called them on Nov 7th to inquire since I hadn't received the order. I was told the item was IN STOCK but they were still processing. I called again on November 14th and was told the item was not (and was NEVER) IN STOCK. They said the webpage's IN STOCK notice was an error and they would correct it. They couldn't explain why the first CS agent told me it was IN STOCK. I asked for an ETA and they had none. I cancelled the order (after waiting 3 full weeks). What a way to run a business."
"I've ordered from Walmart online several times and have always had good results. They typically handle orders quickly and they arrive in good shape. I've ordered items as small as a video game and as large as a bed, all with good results. This order was for a ~60" TV stand to hold my HDTV. The unit was all glass and steel and FedEx delivered on time in perfect condition. Xmas last year I ordered a Xbox game for my son only to have a relative buy him the same game as well. Of course he opened the locally purchased game 1st. My local Walmrt had no trouble with me returning the one purchased online. I personlly think Walmart online is better than visiting the local store."
"Someone woke me up at 9:30AM, when I was going to sleep for two more hours. He told me they wouldn't be able to find the delevery location, then when I called back he told me the driver knew where the location was. That was the first mistake. Then I never got a call telling me that the delivery truck had arrived, so I called them to see what's up. She claimed they had called me (they hadn't - I have a month old cell phone, I know when people call me) and now I have a 3 hour window to go after my package? Walmart needs to ship via UPS or DHL or something that is reliable, their carrier is a joke."
"Had oil changed in my car at Walmart TL center. They state it is not their fault instead it is a faulty oil filter that cause the issue that blew my engine. They are refusing to take any responsibility for their service. Most people dont do business like this. Buyer beware! "
"One of the items in my order never arrived. WalMart says they shipped it via USPS. After a month, I called customer service. The woman I spoke to was friendly and helpful. They are sending me a replacement at no cost to me."
