"Went to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription. Various bodies milling around working, was told they were closed for lunch. In all those bodies, they had no understanding of how to schedule one person that could run a cash register? Very incompetent and irresponsible.

"I ordered 5 items and only 4 came.. when I opened the box, it smelled strongly of fabric softener that I was supposed to have but it wasnt in the package... they packaged my 4 items in a plastic bag knowing that my softener leaked everywhere and looked like they took the softener out of the package and sent me the rest of my package soaked in softener. It leaked so bad that the insole I ordered was soaked right through the packaging and to the insole itself and the box package as well. Frustrating as it may seem, I'm so glad when I called customer service, spoke to Edwin and he refunded me for the softener that never came and for the damaged insole. He was nice and understanding. He even offered me a $5 coupon for my next online order and I politely told him to not bother as I would not be ordering online again."
"Ordered a drape and hook online. The hook was delivered but not the drape. I have to travel some 60+ miles to get it. They wont transfer the item to my closest store nor wi they ship it, but I can drive to get it if I really want it. NOPE! I guess this is why Target is taking over....off to shop Tar"jay".."
"Saw Walmart add for free delivery on qualifying orders, so I gave it a try for our office break room.
We received a box that looks like it had opened up during delivery and re-taped. Within the box were opened items, such as a 26 oz bag of Great Value Mountain Trail Mix and soft drinks out of their cartons.
The majority of soft drinks were within a few weeks of being out of date, Pringles Variety Pack - 27 count is out of date in 5 months and stale. Not a good first impression, I would not have chosen these items if I had shopped in person.
Back to using Amazon Prime!"

"Well delivery was fast but who ever dropped off my package didn't wait till I got to the door, just dropped it off and left no hello or nothing I didn't see what service it was. What kind of customer service is that and I wasn't notified by email that my package was delivered so imagine if I wouldn't have heard the knock on my door. The box it came in was horrible looked like it had been opened, just poorly packaged. One little strip of tape was on the box so the other side were open, any kind of bug could have gotten into the box I don't appreciate it at all. The box was beat up and dirty looking like it was thrown around. "
"Purchased 3 swimming suits ....all of them came wrong size and style. Then I called and was told I could take the items back to the store....got to the store and was given stickers to make another trip to FEDEX to return the items. I'm so **** that they would think my time and gas isn't important give me the run around about returning they messed up items, I've told several people about the issue, and I will not be using Walmart.com for anything else. Hell I'm thinking about boycotting Walmart all together. I will gladly take my money elsewhere. "
"I cannot carry cleaning supplies and housewares, so I have been ordering from Walmart.com. Deliveries have been fast and accurate...until this summer. Twice in five weeks deliveries were late. When they arrived, inside was a note from Fed-ex that noted something in the package was leaking and they dealt with issue according to Walmart’s directions. Each of those times, an unsecured cap on dishwashing detergent leaked all over items such as food, gum, batteries, Swiffer Wet Jet pads, Lysol, etc. Those slimy items were placed in a plastic bag and delivered, minus the leaking container or containers. I was left to clean off every container, dispose of batteries swimming in liquid along with gum or packaged food. Twice I had to call customer service ( in the Philippines and very polite and helpful) and get refunded for some items that could not be salvaged and wait for reorder of other items that still were available. Both times the packages were shipped from near Reading PA, where I live. The third disastrous order was shipped in two cartons. One part of the order disappeared from tracking. There was no word from Walmart. In checking with Fed-Ex, I learned that package the packaged was delayed and then missing. A third call to Customer Service left me waiting another week for a delivery touted as arriving in one day. Walmart may think it is becoming the next Amazon. However, until they train warehouse employees about how to package liquids, how not to throw a few items to rattle around in a large carton, and how to place heavy items under light ones, I will give up my three year love affairvwith Walmart. I am working too hard to salvage damaged items and waitingntoo long for items that other companies can ship."

"Since trying the new 2 day shipping option from Walmart we have been very impressed with the service, some items even ship in 1 day and all for no cost if meeting the small min. Walmart is now our go to online shopping spot with Amazon being 2nd if we can't find at Walmart. The only negative thing is you need to be careful how you combine your orders so they don't pack heavy items with fragile items, I hope they get better at the packing but regardless I give them 5 stars. "
"I purchased 4 Gildan long sleeve t-shirts from a marketplace seller by the name of Clothing Shop Online, LLC. The shirts were not the correct size so I went to my local Walmart's to return them. I received all 4 shirts in one package and had repacked them in the same envelope in which I received them. At the store, I was told I had to return each shirt individually. So I purchased envelopes from Walmart and repackaged the shirts individually. I was given a receipt and told I would receive a refund once the items were delivered to the Seller. It was not until I got home that I noticed I was being charged $5.00 for shipping fees for EACH shirt. That totaled $20.00 for shipping. I only paid $28.00 for the shirts so my refund was going to be a grand total of $8.00!!!!! No one told me at the time I would be charged anything for returning non-conforming goods, let alone outrageous fees to return the items. If I had been told, I would not have agreed to it. I would have donated the shirts to Good Will instead of bowing to the ridiculous demands of the Seller. I have been a customer of Walmart for decades. I have now lost faith in the store and will be looking elsewhere to do business. "
